The buzz and crowds of summer have faded, but there is a lot to do in Newport in the Fall. Spend time between our events seeing some of what the town has to offer. Below are a few of our favorite things in and around Newport:
Newport Mansions - ($) Take an audio-guided walking tour of the beautiful manors of yesteryear, The Breakers is a can’t miss.
Sachuest Point Wildlife Refuge - (Free) Beautiful bird sanctuary with 2.5 miles of walking trails along the water.
The Beaches - (Parking $) It may not be sunbathing weather, but the beaches are still a beautiful spot to go for a walk or do some seaside reading.
Newport Cliff Walk - (Free) A 3-mile path along the waterfront with panoramic views of the ocean and many of the historic mansions.
